Sales Manager Singapore

Functions: Sales/ Business Development/ Project Management


  • Develop existing/ new business to meet company goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and oversee all business activities under Singapore accounts
  • Take personal ownership of customer satisfaction for business accounts
  • Manage day to day processing activities; ensuring customer expectations of delivery and product sales are met
  • Liaise with customers, internal factory and other BU Sales to ensure delivery objectives are met
  • Responsible for business generation and growth from assigned BU Sales
  • Grow business through customer relations and customer services management
  • Prepare and delivers customer quotations and closes sales
  • Analyze RFQ and develop a plan to prepare a strategic proposal showcasing optimized design techniques and value-added services that the company can bring to the customer
  • Attend technical clarification meetings with customers, as required
  • To track proposals and provide management with feedback on end results
  • Order review and clarifications, updating of quote status in the SAP system
  • Assist sales management with sales promotions and marketing events


  • Minimum Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant Sales management experiences that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities
  • Work experience in Electrical/ instrumentation Solutions is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and is a strong team player
